The Federal Electricity Commission awarded the project to build the Transmission Network associated with the Combined Cycle of Topolobampo III.
ACCIONA has been chosen by Mexico's Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) to build the Transmission Network associated with the Topolobampo III Combined Cycle. The turnkey project (EPC) is being led by the Industrial business line of ACCIONA, together with its subsidiaries in Mexico.
The scope of ACCIONA's work on this project includes the design and construction of two transmission lines and two substations with voltages of 400 kV and 230 kV and a total length of 276 kilometres of high-voltage line. The project is located in the states of Sinaloa and Sonora, Mexico.
The works include engineering activities, supply of equipment for lines and substations, civil works, electromechanical assembly and commissioning tests.
