ACCIONA's experience in this industry spans 20 years and covers a range of projects, including everything from low-voltage facilities to 400 kW lines and substations. In the last 12 years, we have worked to construct over 38 projects in Spain and 35 elsewhere in the world.
Our current projects include Empalme II in Mexico, which has over 100 km of lines and five 400 kW substations, one of which uses GIS technology.
The Federal Electricity Commission (Comisión Federal De Electricidad or CFE in Spanish) awarded a contract to transport energy generated at Empalme II power plant to the Mexican states of Sonora and Sinaloa.
